1 Acceptance of Terms

This Terms and Conditions document ("Agreement") is a legally binding agreement between you ("User" or "Player") and 4d9lotto ("Platform", "we", "company"). By accessing, registering or using any part of the 4d9lotto website, you hereby agree to be fully bound by all terms, conditions and policies contained in this document.

If you do not agree with any part of this agreement, you must stop using the 4d9lotto website and services immediately. Continued use of this platform after any changes to these Terms and Conditions will be considered acceptance of the updated terms.

2 Eligibility and Account Registration

To register and use 4d9lotto services, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements without exception:

• Be located in a region or country that permits participation in online gambling activities under local law.
• Have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.
• Have never been declared bankrupt or had your financial capacity legally impaired by a court.

Each user is only permitted to hold one (1) account. Registering multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and may result in the closure of all related accounts and forfeiture of any existing balance. Information provided during registration must be accurate, current and not misleading.

4d9lotto reserves the right to request player identity verification at any time, including copies of identification documents (MyKad), bank statements or other supporting documents for the purpose of complying with Know Your Customer (KYC) procedures. 3 Deposits, Withdrawals and Payments

4d9lotto supports a range of payment methods suitable for Malaysian players, including Touch 'n Go eWallet, DuitNow, online banking via FPX, Boost and cryptocurrencies such as USDT, BTC and ETH.

The minimum limits and processing times are as follows:

• Minimum deposit per transaction: RM30 regardless of the payment method selected.
• Minimum withdrawal per transaction: RM50 regardless of the payment method selected.
• Standard withdrawal processing time: between 10 and 45 minutes once the request is approved.

All withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used during the deposit, subject to successful identity verification. 4d9lotto reserves the right to request proof of payment account ownership before approving any withdrawal.

4d9lotto does not charge players any processing fees for deposit or withdrawal transactions. However, third-party payment service providers may impose their own charges which are outside the control of this platform.

4 Bonuses and Promotions

4d9lotto offers various bonuses and promotions from time to time. All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements that must be met before winnings from the bonus can be withdrawn.

The 4d9lotto welcome bonus gives you 200% of your first deposit amount, up to a maximum of RM1,000. For example:

• Deposit RM100 → Bonus RM200 → Account balance RM300 → Wagering requirement: RM200 × 25 = RM5,000 must be reached before withdrawal is allowed.
• Deposit RM1,200 → Bonus RM1,000 (maximum cap) → Account balance RM2,200 → Wagering requirement: RM1,000 × 25 = RM25,000 must be reached before withdrawal is allowed.

All bonuses are subject to the following:

• Each bonus may only be claimed once per player, account, IP address, device or household.
• 4d9lotto reserves the right to withdraw or cancel a bonus if abuse or fraud is suspected.
• The weekly VIP cashback bonus is awarded based on membership tier: Bronze (up to 0.2%), Silver (up to 0.4%), Gold (up to 0.6%), Platinum (up to 0.8%) and Diamond (up to 1.0%).
• Any attempt to exploit bonuses through systematic low-risk betting (bonus abuse) may result in bonus cancellation and account closure.

5 Game Rules

All games available at 4d9lotto, covering online slots, live casino, sports betting, lottery and crash games, are governed by their respective game rules available within the game interface. Players are responsible for understanding the rules of each game before starting a session.

Game results displayed by the 4d9lotto system are final. Unless a verifiable technical error is involved, any dispute regarding a settled game result will not be entertained.

• Any internet connection disruption during gameplay is the player's responsibility. The platform is not liable for losses resulting from a player's connection issues.
• The use of automated software (bots), scripts, or other tools to assist in gameplay is strictly prohibited.

6 User Conduct and Prohibitions

• Using funds obtained from illegal activities to deposit into an account (money laundering).

7 Account Suspension and Closure

• Violation of any part of these Terms and Conditions.
• Failure to complete the identity verification process within the required period.
